Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide community awareness, education, prevention and intervention services to individuals, groups, and organizations in relation to abuse, neglect, maltreatment, or exploitation of older adults.
TRACE: Who We Are
Tri-County Abuse Council for Elders (TRACE) is a non-profit organization serving in Knox, Laurel and Whitley County Kentucky, to provide the prevention and intervention that is responsive to the needs of victims of elder maltreatment-which may include abuse, neglect or exploitation.
Monthly Meetings

Please come and join us monthly at our meeting to learn about us, our initiatives and goals. WE meet monthly on the last Monday at 2:00 PM virtually via Zoom. Please email sbingham@kceoc.com to request an invitation.
